The service
InnerCode provides a personalized digital service based on information you submit. Some content is available at no cost; additional content is available by one-time purchase.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
Nature of the service
The report is provided for self-reflection and entertainment purposes only. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and no specific outcome is guaranteed. Do not rely on the report to make important decisions.
Payment and immediate delivery
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not receive or store your card details. Because the paid content is made available to you immediately upon purchase, by completing checkout you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to digital content (including the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law). Refund handling is described in the Refund Policy.
Access
Your paid access is tied to the email used at checkout. Keep your access credentials private. If you lose access, contact support@innercode.app.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Paid customers receive a copy of their content by email.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by scraping, reverse engineering, copying, reselling, redistributing, or using it to harm others or violate any law.
Intellectual property
All content, text, and underlying systems are owned by the operator and protected by intellectual property law. Your report is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for your report. The operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer-protection rights.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of residence, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your place of residence.
