Who we are

InnerCode is a digital service. The operator acts as the data controller and can be reached at support@innercode.app.

Information we process

To provide the service we process the information you submit to us, your email address, payment metadata, and technical data needed to deliver the service. If you save your report for later, we use your email to send the report link and occasional InnerCode emails.

Why we process it

We process this information to provide the service you request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where applicable, on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating, securing, and improving the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Service providers

We rely on third-party service providers to operate the service, including Stripe for payments and Resend for email delivery. They receive only what is needed to perform their function and act under written processing terms.

Email preferences

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime. Transactional emails, such as report links, payment receipts, and support messages, may still be sent when needed to provide the service.

Analytics and advertising

We use analytics and advertising tools, including Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, to understand website usage, measure ad performance, and improve our marketing. These tools may process technical identifiers and information about pages viewed and actions taken on the site. For purchase measurement, we may send limited event data and hashed contact information, such as a hashed email address, to Meta for matching and conversion reporting. We do not send your report content, birth details, or card details to Meta.

International transfers

Some processors are located outside the EEA. Transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

What we do not do

We do not store card numbers. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

We retain your data while your access to the service is active and for a reasonable period afterwards as needed for support, abuse prevention, and legal obligations (including tax records, where applicable).

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact support@innercode.app.

Children

The service is not intended for, and must not be used by, anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
