One-time purchase

The paid report is a one-time digital purchase. There is no subscription or recurring charge.

Immediate digital delivery

Because the content is made available immediately after purchase, by completing checkout you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to digital content, including the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.

If delivery fails

If your purchase did not deliver successfully, contact support@innercode.app using the email used at checkout. We will resend it or refund the payment.

Discretionary refunds

Outside delivery failures, refund requests are reviewed manually at our discretion. Send requests to support@innercode.app within 14 days of purchase.

After a refund

Approved refunds end your access to the paid content.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued through our payment provider. Bank timing depends on your card issuer and payment method.
